5th Symposium on Veterinary Sciences Zaragoza - Toulouse

Communications

Teachers, researchers and students belonging to any of the three faculties are kindly invited to present original communications (oral and poster presentations).

 There are three main symposium sessions:
<ul>
 <li>
 Animal Health and Animal Production</li>
 <li>
 Food quality and Food safety</li>
 <li>
 Surgery and Internal Medicine, and others (free topics)</li>
</ul>

 Communications should be presented in English. No simultaneous translation available.

 Oral presentations will last 10 minutes.  It is available personal computer (windows) to make the presentation in standard formats (PowerPoint, PDF...)

 Posters will have a maximum size of 100 x 70 cm  (height x width). There will be a poster discussion session.

 Submission of Abstracts

 Abstracts of Original Communications must be submitted online, indicating the preference for oral or poster presentation.

 Authors must use the template provided to submit abstracts of Original Communications (Abstract form, pdf), located for download in the Menu "Documentation" -> "Event Files".

 The deadline for abstracts submission has been extended until September 30 th, 14.00 hours. The application will be closed thereafter. Please, remark that this deadline cannot be extended anymore and abstracts submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

 - Authors: surname and initials of the first name, without point or space. Authors separated by commas. Numbered authors to show the affiliation. 

 - Affiliation:  Indicate as well the contact email adress.

 - Abstract: it should not exceed 300 words.

 Once the abstract template will be filled, should be uploaded in the Menu "Documentation" -> "Uploads".

 For upload you must be a signed up user (this is not the same registration that in the symposium). 
  Log in with your signed up user to send files to the organization (see the uploads menu).
 </blockquote>
 
 Please, let us know if your original communication will be oral or poster presentation in the box "Brief description of the paper" from Menu "Documentation" -> "Uploads". Also indicate the author who will present the paper.

 Acceptance of Abstracts

 In the Menu "Documentation" -> "Accepted Abstract"  you can check whether your paper has been accepted.
