 Durante esta jornada, dirigida a responsables académicos y gestores, se presentarán nuevas herramientas que la Universidad de Zaragoza pone a disposición de la comunidad universitaria para facilitar el trabajo diario, concretamente en la organización de eventos y en la gestión documental, destacando los aspectos relevantes para utilizarlas de forma eficiente y obtener los máximos beneficios.

 La organización de eventos incluye un amplio abanico de posibilidades, desde reuniones internas (como ésta) en las que se precisa dar publicidad, gestionar inscripciones y compartir material, hasta conferencias científicas que pueden implicar también procesos de recepción y revisión de contribuciones, pagos, etc.

 Con respecto a la gestión documental, es un hecho que en todos los ámbitos se manejan documentos que hay que editar y revisar, distribuir, archivar etc, tareas que se realizan más eficazmente con el sopoerte de herramientas apropiadas.
